With over 40 years of market experience, we have become specialists in the storage and distribution of dry, refrigerated, and frozen products.* *So, if you believe you are an exceptional professional ready to make a difference in our national structuring and growth, join us!* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise logistics operations, ensuring distribution and transportation activities are executed with quality and safety. * Ensure temperature-controlled cargo operations (dry, refrigerated, and frozen) comply with established safety and quality standards. * Supervise the operational team—including drivers, assistants, checkers, and coordinators—to ensure performance, productivity, and compliance targets are met. * Promote a safety culture by developing and implementing accident prevention training and practices in collaboration with the Occupational Safety department. * Monitor compliance with product handling, loading, and unloading procedures to preserve service quality delivered to customers. * Track operational indicators (KPIs) such as route time, service level, and transportation efficiency, making strategic adjustments to improve performance. * Supervise coordination between the operations team and Customer Support (SAC), ensuring efficient communication and rapid resolution of customer-impacting issues. * Implement process improvements and propose optimization solutions to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. * Conduct team follow-up and feedback, fostering employee development and talent retention. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics operations management, preferably within transportation companies. * Practical knowledge of KPI management, performance indicators, and transportation logistics routines. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and promoting employee development. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and logistics management systems. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. * Proactive profile with excellent communication and strong organizational skills. #### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with fleets transporting food products (frozen, dry, and refrigerated). * Experience in transportation operations serving restaurants and other food establishments. * Experience with occupational safety regulations in logistics environments. **Additional Information** * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Allowance; * On-site meal; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program; * Basic food basket (after probationary period); * Health plan (after probationary period); * Dental plan (after probationary period); Operations focused on the transportation of dry, refrigerated, and frozen food.
