Job Summary: This role ensures operational adherence to safety, health, environment, quality, and UMS standards while managing raw material and packaging inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards. 2. Manage KPIs and ensure inventory accuracy. 3. Operate forklifts and participate in inventories. * Ensure your area operates in compliance with Unilever's and applicable legislation's Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and UMS standards, and report any conditions or acts falling below these standards. • Supply raw materials and packaging to manufacturing, ensuring FIFO and FeFo control for items during requisitions. • Manage area KPIs jointly with area leadership. • Ensure accurate material receipt according to purchase orders and physical verification (MIGO). • Request vehicle entry for unloading. • Collect packaging samples upon request from Quality Control. • Participate in cyclic, monthly, and annual inventories. • Process returns from manufacturing for inbound logistics. • Ensure inventory accuracy in raw material warehouses. • Ensure shift handovers are properly documented and conducted with quality. • Conduct safety and quality dialogues in relevant areas. • Segregate blocked materials as instructed by the Quality team. • Receive materials for support areas when requested. • Inspect trailers and trucks prior to loading to prevent product contamination. • Clean and organize warehouse, dispatch, and equipment areas. • Complete forklift checklists. • Operate forklifts.
