Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, inspecting, and controlling the receipt and dispatch of products and materials, ensuring document management and account reconciliation. Ensuring FEFO compliance and inventory management **Position Responsibilities:** Perform inspection, registration, and correct allocation of received and dispatched products and materials. Accurately complete and verify documentation for loan issuance or retrieval (containers/pallets and chapatex) and consignment. Organize and provide routes and required documents according to vehicle availability and fleet size. Carry out account reconciliation activities with drivers, including cash counting, document verification, checks, invoices, deadlines, finalization procedures, and completion of route deposit forms. Monitor and assist in resolving cash discrepancies and monetary differences, and assume responsibility for their delivery. Ensure FEFO (“first expiry, first out”) compliance during product dispatch. Flag received products at risk of expiration or with low sales turnover, and analyze them in spreadsheets.
