Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in the warehouse, controlling inventory, conducting stocktaking, and ensuring the organization of the facility. Key Highlights: 1. Receiving and delivering goods and materials 2. Inventory control and organization 3. Maintaining the environment and equipment Receive and deliver goods and materials in the warehouse department; Record daily inbound and outbound movements and control inventory levels. Distribute products and materials to be shipped. Organize and keep the workspace clean to facilitate handling and storage of stored items. Maintain inventory controls through appropriate records to support restocking and inventory preparation. Conduct cyclic inventory counts to compare against recorded data. Request material replenishment as needed, in accordance with minimum stock level maintenance standards. Use safety equipment inherent to the area; Comply with organizational norms and procedures; Maintain and care for equipment used within their area of responsibility; Respect and protect the environment; Maintain confidentiality of information generated within their area; Apply company values; Ensure organization, cleanliness, and positive interpersonal relationships within the company, fostering a calm and friendly work environment; Perform other tasks as directed by their immediate supervisor.
