Collection and identification of food samples Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating, sanitize and prepare leaves, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. **Schedule:** 6-day rotation: 06:00–14:20 / 14:00–22:20 / 22:00–05:37\.
