The selected candidate will collaborate with the kitchen team in food preparation, organization, and hygiene, always ensuring quality, safety, and the well-being of the students. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing meals, snacks, and juices according to the institution's menu. Support inventory control and organization of food items and kitchen utensils. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas. Help distribute meals to children and adolescents. Follow guidelines on good food handling practices. Contribute to a welcoming and respectful environment during meal times. ### **Prerequisites** Completed elementary school (preferred). Proven experience as a cook, preferably in institutional kitchens (schools, shelters, hospitals, or similar). Knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices. Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. Ability to prepare balanced meals following a pre-defined menu. Skill in portion control to minimize waste. Basic understanding of inventory management, expiration dates, and food storage. Commitment to workplace cleanliness and organization. Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays, if required). A caring, patient, and respectful profile compatible with a supportive environment.
