Job Summary: Responsible for organizing, verifying, and handling goods to ensure warehouse quality, organization, and cleanliness, while assisting in team management. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on material organization and verification 2. Management of unloading and warehousing processes 3. Monitoring productivity and ensuring quality **Responsibilities:** * Organize vehicles in the yard for RFB (Brazilian Federal Revenue) inspection; * Conduct loading and unloading verification of materials; * Perform verification of the Red Channel and accompany RFB inspections; * Verify consumable items for the distribution center; * Conduct label/physical verification validated in distribution center plans; * Perform physical labeling address assignment for the distribution center; * Responsible for unloading processes and ensuring quantity and quality verification; * Inspect and record damages on form "CLIA\-OPE\-FOR\-02" or electronic system; * Document damages with photos for TFA (Term of Shortage and Damage) registration; * Report the warehouse location where cargo was unloaded; * Conduct stock cycle counts and inventory; * Responsible for goods handling, organization, and storage; * Pick and verify printed orders; * Verify, load, and dispatch Import Declarations (DI’s); * Monitor and ensure productivity of warehouse assistants; * Monitor productivity of forklift operators; * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness; * Work in accordance with quality standards and procedures; * Assist immediate supervisor in tasks compatible with this role. **Requirements:** ✓ Completed high school education ✓ Experience in the field **Benefits:** ✓ Meal Allowance ✓ Chartered transportation ✓ Group life insurance ✓ Unimed Health Plan ✓ On-site meals (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack) ✓ Loyalty bonus ✓ Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 ✓ In-person work mode
