Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and restocking products, supporting inventory and sales area maintenance, with emphasis on care and attention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receiving, unloading, and organizing products in the warehouse 2. Verifying, storing, and restocking products in the sales area 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and assisting in the sales floor * Receive products shipped from headquarters, perform unloading, and transport them to the warehouse; * Place products on shelves in ascending order (smallest to largest number), following the sequence: (female\-children\-male\-footwear\-accessories); * Verify and store products returned from the sales floor by sales staff; * Clean the warehouse, ensuring and maintaining a clean work area; * Organize and discard empty boxes that will not be reused; * Securely bundle cardboard boxes for loading, keeping them neatly arranged; * Identify products requiring restocking in the sales area, select and prepare them in the warehouse, making them ready for transport and restocking; * Handle products returned from fitting rooms by placing them back into their correct boxes and matching pairs (model and size); * Perform product counts in the warehouse upon request; * Guide the sales team when they have questions or difficulty locating a product. * Pay close attention and exercise care during product tagging, following procedures to avoid damaging footwear/accessories; * Insert laces into footwear boxes when laces arrive completely loose; * Assist in organizing the sales floor by correctly storing footwear in their respective boxes and delivering them to the base of the stairs; * Assist with ad-hoc tasks at the unit, always keeping the workplace clean and organized; * Collect products from the cashier area upon request from a supervisor; * Resolve discrepancies in inventory that arise throughout the day; * Be available for travel when selected by the company; * Conduct inventory checks at units when necessary; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.630,00 per month Work Location: On-site
