If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and record data related to production equipment processing and efficiency; * Analyze and propose actions to resolve film breakage and loss issues; * Maintain updated campaign analysis and consult it for necessary protocol changes; * Propose and implement process improvements; * Propose and implement processing cost reduction; * Support the development of new products, new suppliers, and new raw materials; * Develop and execute any requested Process projects related to cost reduction, line stability, performance improvement, and general enhancements; * Monitor and record raw material performance with Production and Product Development; * Assist in evaluating and proposing actions for problem-solving and continuous improvement plans; * Conduct studies as requested and required by Company Management and Leadership; * Execute Lean Manufacturing (lean production)–related activities, recording data and performing analysis; propose optimal production solutions; * Assist in drafting procedures and Work Instructions for the Process area; * Develop, monitor, and improve setup across the Company’s work units; * Monthly preparation of area indicators jointly with support teams, conducting root cause analyses of various issues encountered. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to advanced Excel); * Analytical capability to diagnose process improvements; * Knowledge related to continuous improvement, standardization, training, processes, and operations; * Familiarity with tools such as Kaizen, PDCA, and 5S. * Residency in Itamonte – MG **Additional Information** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Food Basket * Chartered Transportation * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) For nearly half a century, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, conversion, and recycling, with strategically located units across Brazil and worldwide.
