The role involves supporting operational kitchen activities, contributing to smooth food preparation and environmental hygiene. Responsibilities: Assist the cooking team in food preparation and finishing; Wash, cut, and portion ingredients according to instructions; Clean utensils, countertops, floors, equipment, and trash bins; Restock supplies, keeping the refrigerator, freezer, and pantry organized; Assist in inventory control and organization using the FIFO method (first in, first out); Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including hoods, stoves, grease traps, and drains; Perform scheduled cleaning routines and tasks assigned by leadership; Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety standards. ### **Prerequisites** Prior experience in the field is desirable; Commitment to organization, cleanliness, and agility; Ability to work effectively in a team.
