Responsibilities include handling fresh meats, seasoning and preparing meats, preparing raw and cooked recipes, cleaning, organizing and maintaining the kitchen and its equipment, restocking freezers, managing inventory, and related tasks. ### **Prerequisites** Passion for cooking and barbecue. Basic knowledge of food handling, kitchen hygiene, and recipe preparation.
