Budget management of essential departmental services **Occupation:** Occupational Safety R$ **Salary Expectation** Not specified **Number of Positions** 1 **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** Not specified * **Number of Positions** 1 * **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 * **Education Level** Completed High School (Secondary Education) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity close on **03/06/2026** ### **Job Description** Perform departmental cost control and monitoring, ensuring adherence to the budget as per the pre-established forecast, conducting continuous analyses and proposing adjustments to maintain balance between budgeted and actual values; Responsible for developing indicators, KPIs, and dashboards for key departmental services and deliverables; Responsible for developing, analyzing, consolidating data, closing, and unifying reports to enhance data visualization and operational and financial performance tracking; Monitor area-specific indicators, reporting on the performance of deliverables and services, while supporting the development of action plans to ensure achievement of established goals; Manage the financial budget for core departmental activities: personnel transportation, meal provision, cleaning and maintenance, corporate security, building maintenance, among others, ensuring effective cost control (Budget vs. Actual); Ensure development of the annual SSMA department budget and investment plan (OPEX and CAPEX); Support internal and external audits by providing information regarding contract processes, safeguarding organizational integrity; Commit to company policies, standards, and procedures, aligning with R\&D Mineração’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Ethics, and diligently performing duties regardless of hierarchical supervision; Support leadership on matters related to the role, identifying and discussing problems and irregularities to inform procedural and action decisions; Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the role; Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. ### **Prerequisites** Minimum Education: Completed High School or Technical Course in Occupational Safety, Administration, or related fields; Desired Education: Not applicable; Minimum Experience: 3 years; Desired Experience: As per maturity curve; Indicator, KPI, and dashboard development; Power BI; Cost analysis and control; Advanced Office Suite proficiency; Intermediate English. ### **Benefits** Salary: Competitive with market standards.
