After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage non-conforming products; validate and release reprocessed products; create system hold entries related to blocks; manage the training matrix. * Identify training needs for reviewing quality-related documents using the matrix; update the matrix according to applied trainings. * Manage suppliers and handle Occurrence Reports (opening, validation); control inventory of blocked products; monitor supplier visits and manage Quality Unavailability Follow-up Reports. * Execute quality processes/equipment/methods/systems and necessary analytical tests to build validation reports; manage the training matrix; monitor document revision in the document management software (SYD). * Ensure analytical methodology and metrological reliability, supporting analyses and inspections in accordance with published standards, and performing critical equipment inventory. * Manage equipment calibration and equipment sent for maintenance; train personnel with gaps in metrological reliability; manage critical equipment routing. * Manage non-conforming products and conduct physical vs. system inventories; support operator training on quality knowledge. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in compliance with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Pharmacy (Mandatory); * SAP system knowledge preferred; * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) knowledge preferred; * Quality culture knowledge preferred (5S, Good Laboratory Practices); * Data analysis knowledge preferred; * Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and genuine growth opportunities.
