




Job Summary: PCP Analyst responsible for analyzing, planning, and controlling production scheduling, material management and production indicators, and providing departmental support. Key Highlights: 1. Weekly production scheduling analysis and control 2. Development of the Master Production Schedule and support to PCP 3. Material and production indicator management and follow-up FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze weekly production scheduling planning and control in accordance with sales forecasts; * Develop the Master Production Schedule and support the PCP assistant in sequencing production orders. * Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Importation departments to plan the receipt schedule for imported materials; * Analyze and schedule Energy Storage Systems; * Verify and request BOM updates from Product Engineering when necessary. * Provide commercial administration with information regarding order fulfillment and inventory levels, prioritizing firm order fulfillment. * Analyze the monthly production schedule, generating data for Power BI. * Analyze and generate a critical list of raw materials for current-month demand, reporting shortages to the Supply Chain department. * Conduct follow-up on direct and indirect raw materials with the Purchasing department until arrival at the factory. * Ensure delivery of required raw materials to meet current-month demand. * Analyze minimum inventory levels for indirect production materials and suggest purchase requisitions. * Update departmental indicators, KPIs, documents, and records. * Participate in alignment meetings with the Holding company and internal departments. * Practice selective waste collection within the department, comply with environmental policies, objectives, procedures, and guidelines, * Possess knowledge of significant environmental aspects and impacts associated with their role, * Contribute to improvements aimed at environmental protection, * Disseminate knowledge of best environmental practices to all colleagues working in their area whenever possible. * Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety regulations and procedures, in accordance with company guidelines and applicable legislation. **Education Level:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. **Field of Study:** Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's degree **Driver's License:** Class B
