Business Development Analyst

Description

We are seeking a Business Development Analyst to support the prospecting and recruitment of qualified candidates interested in acquiring a franchise from our network. The professional will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and engaging potential franchisees, guiding them through the selection, negotiation, and partnership closing process. This role is essential to the growth of our franchise network and brand expansion. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and identify qualified candidates interested in opening an ABC da Construção unit, using research tools and proactive prospecting strategies. * Make initial contact with potential candidates, presenting the franchise opportunity and clarifying questions about the business model. * Conduct interviews and meetings with candidates, evaluating their profile, skills, and motivation to become ABC da Construção franchisees. * Support candidates throughout the selection and closing process, assisting them in gathering required documents and information to facilitate negotiations. * Perform financial and feasibility analyses to ensure candidates meet the necessary requirements to operate a franchise. * Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop supporting materials and franchisee recruitment campaigns. * Maintain relationships with prospective candidates throughout the entire process, ensuring an optimal experience and brand integration. * Monitor and analyze prospecting data and candidate performance, adjusting strategies as needed. * Organize and participate in trade fairs and events focused on the franchise sector, representing ABC da Construção and promoting the brand. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience in business prospecting and development, preferably in the franchise sector. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented focus. * Ability to assess candidate profiles and manage the entire franchise selection process. * Basic knowledge of financial and business feasibility analysis. * Strong teamwork ability and capacity to manage multiple simultaneous tasks. * Proactivity, strategic vision, and focus on franchise network growth. * Preferred: Experience in the construction sector or familiarity with the franchise market. * Preferred: Knowledge of SDR and BDR. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM — Monday to Friday **All opportunities are inclusive and open to people with disabilities.**
