Monitor the performance of Hygienists and Hygiene Assistants, guiding them when necessary to maintain the pace, quality, and productivity of work; Ensure trained staff who are aware of the importance of their role in the final outcome; Allocate human, material, and technological resources, define routine activities, assess priorities, and participate in the implementation of new projects and work methods to achieve expected results; Analyze daily reports on cleaning and activity quality assessments to identify deviations from hygiene process standards and take corrective actions accordingly; Enforce quality control programs and good manufacturing practices, ensuring cleanliness standards and maintenance of equipment and building structures; Identify causes of equipment malfunctions and arrange necessary repairs as quickly as possible; Develop and review procedures, flowcharts, and forms; Monitor working tool conditions; Perform daily checklist of building facilities (Opening of S.O.).
