Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for ensuring compliance with SHE policies, preparing ingredients, performing mixing operations, operating equipment, and maintaining workplace organization in production. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) 2. Responsible for ingredient preparation and mixing 3. Operation and cleaning of production equipment * Participate in Daily Safety Talks (DDS) at shift start. • Ensure SOIs are up to date. • Comply with SHE Policy: Adhere to Safety, Health and Environment standards in accordance with Unilever standards and applicable legislation, and report conditions or acts below standard. • Portion ingredients according to recipe in Wrong Addition. • Ensure all ingredients are identified in accordance with procedure. • Follow FIFO for raw materials. • Complete material verification checklists prior to product manufacturing. • Perform ingredient mixing according to recipe in mixers and collect samples for analysis. • Move materials using manual or electric pallet jacks. • Comply with established Baking parameters as per procedure. • Dismantle and clean parts and equipment as per procedure. • Ensure adherence to production plan. • Complete documentation dossiers for portioned, mixed and baked ingredients. • Keep UNIU training records up to date. • Place empty trays and remove filled trays from Mimac. • De-mold Granola Baking trays and pack into 20-kilogram bags. • Dispose waste in designated bins, clean floor, and organize work area.
