Description: Job Description We are seeking a Metal Structure Team Leader with proven experience in industrial, commercial or infrastructure projects. This professional will be responsible for coordinating assembly teams, monitoring schedules, ensuring installation quality and guaranteeing compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities * Lead and guide the metal structure assembly team and assistants. * Interpret project documents, technical drawings, layouts and fabrication details. * Plan daily team activities, assign tasks and monitor execution. * Ensure proper alignment, leveling and plumbness of structures during assembly. * Supervise welding, bolting and structural bracing. * Inspect received materials and ensure correct storage and usage. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and use of PPE. * Report progress of activities to the site engineer/foreman. * Assist in resolving technical issues during execution. * Monitor inspections and approve stages according to quality standards. Salary: R$ 4\.000,00 Employment type: PJ Minimum requirements Requirements * Proven experience as Metal Structure Team Leader, Foreman or Senior Assembler. * Ability to read and interpret project documents and isometric drawings. * Knowledge of welding, assembly, cutting and measurement processes. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (level, tape measure, square, plumb bob). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and risk prevention practices. * Leadership, organizational and communication skills. * Preferred qualifications: courses in metal structures, NR\-35 (work at heights), NR\-33 (confined spaces).
