




Job Summary: Perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and preventive maintenance on vehicles, while providing technical support to the team and adhering to manufacturer standards. Technical support to the workshop team **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics: Identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using scanners, diagnostic equipment, and technical analysis; * Execute complex repairs: Carry out corrective maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, air conditioning, and electronic systems; * Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance: Perform technical inspections, component replacements, and adjustments according to the manufacturer's maintenance plan; * Provide technical support to the workshop team: Guide junior mechanics, clarify technical questions, and assist in resolving difficult problems; * Follow manufacturer standards and document services: Complete service orders and technical reports, ensuring repairs comply with brand-required procedures and quality standards **Requirements:** * Experience in automotive mechanics; * Experience with wheel alignment and balancing is a plus; * Vocational or technical education is a plus; * Valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Commissions, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
