The professional will be responsible for correctly identifying and interpreting the customer's needs and service orders, opening service orders (SOs) in the Dealer Management System (DMS). They must request parts at the Parts Counter, verify their suitability, and select the necessary tools for each service, following established procedures. They prepare vehicles using protective covers and inspect safety items, tires, brakes, filters, and other components. They diagnose and repair mechanical, electro-electronic, and body systems using information platforms, technical bulletins, recalls, and campaigns. They prepare estimates based on vehicle mileage and inspected items, perform inspections and replace damaged parts, using tools such as wiTECH in advanced mode, updating modules and recording events in ScanReport. They perform wheel alignment and balancing and ensure recall execution. They keep replaced parts organized for customer presentation, sign completed service orders, maintain cleanliness and organization according to the 5S standard, participate in internal training, and continuously update their knowledge. They also monitor customer satisfaction indicators and implement improvements when necessary, always using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
