Focus on continuous improvement of logistics processes An automotive industry company is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Pouso Alegre (Industrial District). Adient is a global company specializing in automotive seating solutions. It designs, manufactures, and supplies seating systems to vehicle manufacturers worldwide. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for materials and products. Manage the logistics team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Control raw material, component, and finished goods inventory to ensure accuracy. Monitor delivery deadlines and transportation routes. Implement and track logistics performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures. Identify opportunities for logistics process improvement and propose solutions. Coordinate material receiving, storage, and dispatch. Maintain communication with suppliers, carriers, and other company departments. Prepare management reports and participate in logistics strategic planning. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Operations Leader, Transportation Manager, or Supply Chain Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
