Job Summary: Logistics data professional to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, consolidate information, and generate insights for operational optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and enhance logistics dashboards in Power BI 2. Consolidate information from different systems to generate insights 3. Drive continuous process improvement and performance visibility Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and enhance logistics dashboards in Power BI (or similar tools) for monitoring KPIs (service level, delivery lead times, transit time, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), daily volume, incidents, etc.); * Consolidate data originating from various systems (TMS, WMS, ERP, CRM, Customer Service systems) to generate operational and strategic insights; * Monitor key operational indicators in real time, ensuring proactive handling of deviations; * Participate in building predictive dashboards for capacity planning and SLAs; * Support partner areas (Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, Commercial) with specific analyses and on-demand reports; * Create and maintain documentation for data models and indicator logic; * Automate logistics data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes; * Support tower leadership in cascading action plans based on critical analyses; * Drive continuous improvement of operational control processes and performance visibility. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, IT, Business Administration, or related fields; * Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView), with experience in data modeling and DAX; * Experience with SQL, advanced Excel, and integration of data sources (APIs, databases, local files); * Knowledge of logistics processes, less-than-truckload (LTL)/full truckload (FTL) transportation, TMS/WMS, and logistics and service-level KPIs.
