Management of KPIs and operational routines **Job Description** --------------------- Responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of picking, verification, vehicle loading, and unloading operations, guaranteeing adherence to established operational standards. Lead, develop, and engage the team, promoting high performance and a collaborative environment. Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Quality, and Compliance norms and procedures. Monitor and track operational KPIs and routines, ensuring process execution with excellence, safety, and productivity.
