Job Summary: Responsible for managing pending proposals until policy issuance and cancellation, performing critical analyses, and assisting with departmental activities. Key Highlights: 1. Critical analysis of pending items in proposals 2. End-to-end policy lifecycle management 3. Direct communication with clients Responsible for monitoring all pending proposals until policy issuance, conducting a critical analysis of the reasons for delays, and after issuance, canceling the policy in the system and sending the policy document to the client. * Monitor policy issuances and perform critical analysis in case of pending items * Verify policy documents and cancel them in the Quiver system * Send documentation to clients via e\-mail and WhatsApp * Request and monitor refunds for endorsements and rejected proposals * Enter proposals into the Quiver system as required * Assist with other departmental activities when requested.
