Job Summary: A Quality Analyst ensures the quality of systems and applications by validating functionalities, identifying defects, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-standard solutions. As a Quality Analyst, you will ensure the quality of systems and applications, contributing to stability, reliability, and continuous product improvement. You will be responsible for validating functionalities, identifying defects, and working closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. **Responsibilities:** * Creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases (manual and/or automated). * Validation of functionalities according to defined requirements. * Analysis and validation of logs to identify defects and inconsistencies. * Logging, tracking, and managing tasks/bugs in issue-tracking tools. * Interaction with development, product, and support teams to align on requirements. * Support in defining acceptance criteria and improving quality processes. * Documentation of test scenarios and evidence of execution. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of software testing (functional, regression, exploratory). * Familiarity with task management tools (Redmine). * Basic understanding of log analysis and error identification. * Basic knowledge of databases (Firebird, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). * Desired: knowledge of test automation (e.g., Playwright, Python, PyCharm, TestComplete). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Education:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields, or a technical course in the field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Continuous interest in learning about software quality and artificial intelligence. * Desired: experience with testing tools or certifications (e.g., CTFL).
