Opportunity in the food industry **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Shift A (from 05:00 to 14:48) and Shift B (from 14:00 to 23:36) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Conduct quality inspections during the production process (periodic walkthroughs); * Complete and maintain records and checklists; * Monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices); * Supervise process parameters and quality standards; * Collect samples for physicochemical and sensory analysis; * Identify non-conformities and support initiating corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations. **Requirements:*** **Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Food Science, Quality, Chemistry, or related fields is desirable);** * **Knowledge of GMP and quality control;** * **Experience in the food industry is desirable;** * **Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility.** **??
