Your main responsibilities will be: * Handle user requests and tickets via Agidesk, WhatsApp, and phone; * Assist in resolving hardware and software problems; * Clarify doubts about internally used systems; * Diagnose and solve failures in computers, printers, and other devices; * Install, configure, and update operating systems and general software; * Monitor machine performance and perform upgrades when necessary; * Configure and troubleshoot network issues; * Ensure connectivity and proper functioning of internal servers; * Assist in managing user permissions and access; * Implement and monitor information security policies; * Support data backup and recovery processes; * Create and manage user accounts and corporate emails; * Grant and revoke access to systems and servers; * Configure printers and shared network devices; * Deliver basic training on system usage and best IT practices; * Assist in managing IT assets (notebooks, cell phones, computers); ?
