





* Perform dimensional, physical, electrical, chemical, or thermal measurements according to the area of operation. * Carry out calibration of measurement instruments and quality control equipment, ensuring traceability to national and international standards. * Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers, profile projectors, hardness testers, scales, pressure gauges, thermometers, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, among others. * Analyze measurement reports and prepare calibration certificates. * Validate and issue technical test and calibration reports. * Support internal and external audits related to the Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, among others). * Monitor calibration deadlines and carry out preventive and corrective equipment planning. * Manage the company's measurement instrument database. * Control maintenance, calibration, and equipment compliance records. * Evaluate measurement uncertainty and propose improvements in metrological processes. * Guide internal users on the correct use of measurement equipment. * Monitor technical inspections and provide information for decision-making. * Ensure that measurements comply with national technical standards (ABNT, INMETRO); * Ensure safety in the use of measurement and calibration equipment. * Implement good laboratory practices, chemical, electrical, and environmental safety.
