Manage the lifecycle of COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) systems, from acquisition, support, and discontinuation, to ensure they meet business needs and align with corporate strategies, providing continuous value to the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate all phases of the lifecycle of off-the-shelf software (COTS), including evaluation, negotiation, acquisition, licensing, operation, functional evolution, and discontinuation. * Manage the employee lifecycle, acting from hiring to termination, defining attraction, integration, training, performance evaluation, motivation, and retention strategies, ensuring the team is prepared to meet organizational demands and objectives. * Ensure effective communication with business areas, vendors, and internal teams, aligning expectations and guaranteeing collaboration and transparency. * Support the definition of new features, updates, and improvements with vendors, aligning changes to business needs. * Collaborate with peers to support negotiations with software vendors, establishing contracts that meet organizational needs, ensuring favorable SLAs and compliance with legal requirements. * Support the team responsible for system implementation, ensuring efficient integration with existing processes and systems. * Identify and manage risks, ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies, and consolidate information security best practices. * Monitor license usage, control costs, optimize resources, and track performance indicators. * Prepare budgets, forecast costs, track expenses, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently. * Define and monitor technical performance metrics and indicators for the team, promoting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. * Plan and coordinate training for users and teams in collaboration with the DHO department, promoting effective and efficient system use and supporting knowledge management. * Stay attentive to changes and promote the adoption of new technologies and improvements in system management processes, encouraging innovation and operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in implementation and management of third-party systems. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in IT Management or Project Management. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Scrum, Kanban). * Skills in negotiation and vendor management. * Familiarity with system performance metrics and strategic reporting.
