Ensure high availability, performance, security, and cost optimization of technological environments by coordinating on\-premise and cloud infrastructure operations. Plan, monitor, and evolve network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud service infrastructures, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with IT's Strategic Planning (PE). **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure the availability, security, and performance of on\-premise and cloud infrastructure environments. * Coordinate the execution of operational routines and support for servers, networks, storages, and backup, following information security best practices. * Manage capacity, growth planning, and resource sizing (computing, storage, and networking). * Define and implement governance policies, backups, and disaster recovery plans; support and contribute to business continuity planning. * Plan and lead migration, modernization, and integration projects for hybrid and automated environments. * Coordinate vendors, contracts, and licenses, ensuring service levels, technical compliance, and cost optimization (FinOps). * Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs), evaluating availability, performance, and operational efficiency. * Promote automation practices and infrastructure as code (IaC), standardizing processes and increasing team productivity. * Support the information security team with vulnerability management and incident response. * Monitor compliance audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies, LGPD, and regulatory standards. * Propose and drive technological innovations, evaluating new tools and on\-premise and cloud solution architectures. * Prepare and present operational results reports and improvement plans to the Support and Infrastructure Management team. * Guide and develop the technical team, focusing on training, mentoring, performance, and collaboration. * Support the Support and Infrastructure Management team in defining strategies, investments, and infrastructure roadmaps. * Collaborate with other IT teams and business areas to deliver solutions that support growth and digital transformation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in IT Infrastructure (networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud); * Experience in technical leadership/coordination of infrastructure teams. * Completed degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or similar IT-related fields.
