





**Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, or other available channels within the department to carry out relevant tasks; Address customer complaints regarding emergency services and equipment issues, providing appropriate assistance; Assist customers with the installation process of systems; Initiate service tickets for other departments to perform procedures requested by customers; Contact Operations Consultants for analysis and support regarding customer requests/issues; Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Essential Requirements:** Completed high school education; **Desired Qualifications:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; Experience in customer service is desirable.
