





**Sales Representative - Campinas (SP)** **Job Summary and Company:** A client in the financial sector is seeking an External Sales Representative to open new markets and conduct major commercial negotiations. **Responsibilities:** * Increase productivity of existing stores by serving as the primary point of contact with partner POS locations; * Identify and onboard new local/regional POS locations while maintaining relationships with existing portfolio partners; * Monitor and analyze sales quality metrics, implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Continuously train sales staff through on-site visits, identifying improvement opportunities and training needs; * Analyze the placement of marketing materials and incentive campaigns at points of sale; * Monitor and cover the activities of the Territory Manager in hard-to-reach locations, often traveling across the entire state; * Conduct 100% field-based work, acting both as a hunter and a farmer, prioritizing identification of new business opportunities; * Actively participate in inaugurations of new partners, supporting initial engagement; * Be physically present in stores to guide POS staff, distribute support materials, and promote company culture; * Execute strategies defined by executive managers, adapting them to local realities and partner needs; * Use personal vehicle for most travel, with potential support from the company’s travel agency in specific cases. **Requirements:** * Own vehicle; * Willingness and availability for travel; * Prior experience in external commercial roles. **Employment Type: CLT contract + Benefits.**
