Description: Experience in tax, accounting, and compliance routines; Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting Sciences; Post\-graduate degree in tax law, tax planning, or related fields; Advanced Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Knowledge of tax legislation, fiscal regulations, tax incentive laws, and tax planning; Desirable: CRC or OAB certification; Class B driver's license. * Conduct tax planning analyses and simulations, evaluating impacts and opportunities for the company, as well as monitoring their effectiveness in the short, medium, and long term; * Perform tax studies and simulations focused on fiscal optimization and compliance, especially in strategic projects and tax incentives; * Monitor, interpret, and apply federal, state, and municipal tax legislation, tracking updates and assessing their impact on the transportation sector; * Perform preventive analyses, identifying inconsistencies in legal procedures, proposing alternatives to mitigate risks, and improving internal processes and controls; * Support audits by preparing documents and providing information to regulatory agencies, ensuring proper responses to official requests; * Engage with tax consulting firms and law offices to identify opportunities for tax benefits, reduction of tax burden, and business-relevant positions; * Prepare technical reports and opinions to support management and assist in strategic decision-making; * Provide technical support for the correct configuration of systems (ERP and tax solutions), ensuring tax compliance in operations; * Guide and train operational, commercial, and technology teams on applicable tax rules, legislative changes, and process improvements, ensuring compliance and knowledge dissemination; * Develop standards and policies to formalize tax procedures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to current legislation; * Represent the area in technical forums, interdepartmental meetings, and multidisciplinary projects, contributing to integrated and strategic solutions; * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure results of digital transformation initiatives; * Contribute to budget planning and control actual expenditures within the established targets defined in the company’s strategic plan; * Report to direct and indirect leaders on processes, projects, and action plans, including difficulties and needs for continuity of results and business sustainability; * Disseminate the purpose, vision, and values of Expresso São Miguel throughout the unit, perpetuating the company culture and achievement of organizational strategic objectives; * Communicate updates on policies, processes, and other guidelines issued by corporate management and the executive board; * Stay updated on trends in methodologies and technological innovations within the field and industry needs; * Follow implemented work policies, norms, and procedures, and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with standard operating and workplace safety procedures at the company and third-party facilities (clients); * Properly use and guide others on the correct use of individual and collective safety equipment; * Ensure the organization and preservation of equipment, tools, goods, and products provided by the company, avoiding waste; * Perform other related activities as required by the position and the company, respecting the organization's values and principles. 2510280202221773741
