





**Mandatory Educational Requirements:** * Completed High School; **Desirable Educational Requirements:** * Undergraduate degree in progress in Accounting, Administration, Law, HR Management, Managerial Processes, or Logistics; * Completed Technology degree in Logistics, Accounting, or Administration; * MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management, Labor Legislation, Accounting Management, or Labor Law; **Desirable Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge of E-social; * Knowledge of Labor Law; * Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements; * Knowledge of Quotas; * Knowledge of Taxation; * Knowledge of Occupational Health Programs; * Knowledge of Organizational Culture; * Knowledge of ISO 9001; * Knowledge of LGPD and Compliance; * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Expertise in ERP and Software; **Desirable Experience:** * 1 year in the field; **Activities:** Monitor CBAs, labor and social security legislation, including payroll tax exemptions. Handle admission and termination processes, document control, payroll, electronic time tracking, vacations, leaves, allowances, and terminations. Manage personnel through activities such as preparing payrolls, determining vacation and termination periods, as well as employee dismissals and hires within a corporation. Prepare routine reports, maintain employee records, provide employee assistance, manage employee enrollment and removal from benefits, offer guidance, clarification, and support in resolving employee issues in the social and benefits areas, including social security routines (INSS), absence management and follow-up of participants. Perform payroll calculations, social charges (FGTS, INSS, and IR), admission and termination procedures, work with Social Connectivity, CAGED information, RAIS and DIRF, perform termination calculations (GRRF), vacation control, benefits administration, time tracking, union contributions and service fees, and other duties inherent to the human resources department, guiding and performing tasks related to all personnel routines.
