Ensuring information accuracy, strategically monitoring financial performance, providing analyses to support senior management's decision-making and drive business sustainability and growth. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate the planning and periodic review of the organization's budget, consolidating revenue, expense, and investment projections, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with strategic planning; * Support the construction and analysis of results through costing calculations and comparisons with the budget and performance from other periods; * Monitor the macroeconomic environment to anticipate impacts on the organization, detailing projections and recommendations to support strategic decisions; * Propose improvements based on budget monitoring and data analysis, aiming to optimize revenues, costs, and expenses; * Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to achieve organizational goals, ensuring all resources under management are available timely and at the lowest possible cost; * Report to management on area processes, projects, and action plans, as well as difficulties and needs for continued results and business sustainability; * Lead the automation of budgeting processes, replacing manual controls with more efficient and scalable solutions, ensuring process integrity and agility; * Carry out all personnel management processes with subordinates, respecting company norms, procedures, and standards; * Disseminate Expresso São Miguel's purpose, vision, and values to the unit, perpetuating the company culture and achievement of organizational strategic objectives; * Disseminate updates on policies, processes, and other guidelines from corporate and company management; * Propose improvements in controller functions, as well as interfaces with other areas and corporate, to develop projects that may optimize, reduce costs and rework; * Stay updated on technological trends and innovations in their field of work and sector needs; * Follow implemented work policies, norms, and procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement; * Comply with and respect standard operating and safety procedures at the company and third-party facilities (clients); * Properly use and guide the correct usage of individual and collective safety equipment; * Ensure the organization and preservation of equipment, tools provided by the company, as well as goods and products handled, avoiding waste; * Perform other related activities as required by the position and company needs, respecting the organization's values and principles. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in controller-related activities; * Advanced Office suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Knowledge in data and indicator analysis, budgeting, cost management, and corporate governance; * Completed postgraduate degree in accounting, finance, accounting, or related fields.
