Then register your resume and become part of our team! \#WeAreTirolez **Responsibilities and duties** 1 Organize the physicochemical and microbiology laboratories, ensuring their proper functioning; 2 Assist in calibrating all equipment in the physicochemical and microbiology laboratories that require calibration; 3 Perform physicochemical and/or microbiological analyses of all products involved in the processes, according to established frequency; 4 Analyze sanitizer solution concentration and cleaning; 5 In cases of deviations in analysis results, immediately inform the Monitor, Supervisor and Coordinator; 6 Fill out forms with analysis results, ensuring their legitimacy and reliability within established deadlines; 7 Archive records generated by the laboratories; 8 Verify information regarding manufacturing dates, expiration dates and batch numbers reported on finished product packaging; 9 Clean materials and equipment used during analyses; 10 Perform hygiene of the workplace, including floors, walls, countertops, etc; 11 Help issue product analysis reports for customers; 12 Help prepare materials required for microbiological and physicochemical analyses; 13 Help prepare ingredients used in production that require specific handling precautions or are added in very small quantities. 14 Strictly comply with the Quality Policy in fulfilling the Control Plans determined by the company regarding Food Safety in order to obtain a safe product. 15 Ensure that, in performing activities—especially those related to critical control points, pasteurization, quality and others—procedures are followed as recommended so as not to compromise product integrity and food safety. 16 Comply with internal Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations, adopting safe behavior daily in activities, performing work with critical thinking, thus contributing to personal well-being and that of coworkers. 17 Assist in controlling the laboratory's internal reagent inventory, ensuring they are used within their validity period. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Completed or ongoing degree: Food Engineering / Food Technology / Dairy Technician or related fields. **Computer skills:** Office suite / spreadsheet proficiency **Language:** **Knowledge:** * Basic understanding of technological processes for manufacturing dairy products * Basic knowledge of legislation applicable to dairy products * Basic knowledge of the Consumer Protection Code We are Tirolez, the largest 100% Brazilian cheese industry.
