Identify and effectively resolve customers’ needs and issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction. Provide information about products and services, as well as conduct sales. **Requirements** Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to interact empathetically, calmly, and professionally with diverse customer profiles; Proactivity and problem-solving focus; Organization, responsibility, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team; Access to a computer or laptop and stable internet connection.
