





* Responsible for initial customer service at Auto Center units, providing security, dynamism, flexibility, and peace of mind to customers; * Resolution of conflicts and discrepancies during customer interactions; * Presentation of the Auto Center’s service portfolio and guidance to customers; * Handling pre-inspection procedures and customer registration. * Product sales **Requirements** * Completed high school education or a technical course in Administration; * Experience as a receptionist in retail stores; * Possession of a Brazilian driver’s license (CNH) – Category B and ability to drive; * Prior experience with in-person customer service; * Previous experience in Auto Centers is a plus; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Must deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating genuine interest in assisting customers with any questions.
