





As a commercial assistant, you will be responsible for developing skills in sales and operations, supporting the execution of Nestlé's strategies in the indirect channel. Your mission will be to ensure excellence in product visibility, customer relationships, and achievement of established targets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in executing sales activities at retail and wholesale customers according to Nestlé's route plans and guidelines. * Conduct visits to points of sale to check stock levels, restocking, and product placement. * Support monitoring and tracking of sales targets, campaigns, and promotions. * Contribute to increasing visibility and turnover of Nestlé products at points of sale. * Participate in training programs aimed at developing technical and behavioral competencies for the role. * Collect market and competitor information and report findings to supervisors. * Support negotiation for shelf space and implementation of merchandising materials. * Train new employees. * Cover vacant routes. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * High school diploma. * Valid driver's license (Category B). * Availability for travel and daily commutes. * Proficiency with technology and use of sales applications. * Own transportation. **Desirable:** * Previous experience in sales or customer service. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong communication and commercial attitude. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Organization and discipline in following routes. * Ability to work in teams and meet targets. * Willingness to learn and grow within the sales field.
