





Job Description: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Social Management, Community Development, Communication, or related fields; * Experience in social projects, community engagement, public service, or activities related to social development; * Strong communication skills, empathy, organizational ability, proactivity, and capacity to work with diverse audiences and contexts; * Basic to intermediate proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), communication platforms, and internal systems; * Ability to prepare reports, document activities, conduct external visits, carry out territorial mapping, and participate in community meetings and events; * Availability for frequent travel and external activities; * Knowledge of cooperativism; experience with social institutions; or coursework/certifications in conflict mediation, community development, social leadership, or cooperativism; This professional will serve as a bridge between the cooperative and the community, strengthening ties, expanding institutional presence, and contributing to local and social development. They will play a key role in engaging with organizations, community leaders, and partners, working dynamically, empathetically, and committed to cooperative values.
