In 2023, we started operations in South America, with our first headquarters in Brazil. **Responsibilities and duties** **Main responsibilities:** * Provide on-site technical support to VWdB dealership professionals, diagnose customer complaints and required repairs, conduct test drives in the customer's presence, remotely contact VWdB technicians to provide technical solutions, communicate via technical support system, by phone or Video Support; * Inform VW analysis teams about new types of complaints and generate necessary information for completing analyses; * Manage and monitor reverse logistics of replaced parts for technical research and analysis; * Assess availability of resources such as tools, training, infrastructure, technical processes, and technical documentation when requested by VW for specific tasks; * Monitor specific repair investigations, guide improvement activities, and measure results; * Issue and register in the system a daily report summarizing analyzed cases, including technical analysis, research, comparisons, evaluations, and necessary audiovisual evidence; * Participate in periodic meetings with the VW team, reporting incidents from service calls and technical analyses performed. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** * Higher education degree or technical qualification in Engineering or Technology fields; * Solid knowledge of vehicle diagnosis and repair; * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Analyst, preferably with Volkswagen vehicles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with Volkswagen service systems (technical support, literature, warranty, parts, etc.) is desirable; * Intermediate English language skills are desirable. **Additional information** **Conditions:** * Full availability for travel is mandatory, with technical support duties within a defined geographic region; * Mandatory completion of specific training for on-site technical support activities; * On-site work model at VWB dealerships.
