Support in applying tax legislation and customer service Responsible for supporting the company's tax routines, the **Tax Assistant** handles document entry, tax calculation, file organization, and fulfillment of ancillary obligations, always aligned with current legislation and with technical team support. * Assist in entering and verifying incoming, outgoing, and service invoices; * Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, ISS, PIS/COFINS) under supervision; * Collaborate in preparing and organizing ancillary declarations (e.g., SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, among others); * Assist in organizing and maintaining tax documents and digital files; * Conduct basic queries of current tax legislation to ensure correct tax treatment of transactions; * Provide support in customer service, relaying information and documents as directed by leadership; * Monitor deadlines and assist in controlling tax filing submissions; * Support fiscal import routines and control related entries;
