**Title:** Industrial Buyer | Navegantes and Region (SC) **Type:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT A medium-sized industrial company, a market leader in its segment, is seeking a **Mid-level Buyer** with experience in industrial procurement and strategic negotiation with suppliers of production inputs. Direct involvement with both new and recycled raw materials, plus strong collaboration with Production, Production Planning and Control (PCP), and Quality departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead industrial input procurement processes (new and recycled raw materials). * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and comparative cost analyses. * Develop new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones. * Perform rigorous follow-up on purchase orders and delivery deadlines. * Support cost reduction and continuous improvement strategies. * Place orders and update information in the ERP system. * Collaborate with internal teams to align demand requirements and timelines. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Buyer in an industrial environment. * Experience in purchasing raw materials, production inputs, or technical items. * Strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and supplier relationship management abilities. * Ethical, responsible, organized profile with a high degree of confidentiality. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with recyclable inputs. * Active professional network within the industrial sector. * Experience in supplier and contract analysis.
