This role serves as the focal point supporting decision-making for business leaders in the coverage region—including divisional managers, GVs, and Merchandising Supervisors—and acts as the People focal point. Lead consulting efforts and influence agendas related to Talent Management, Climate & Culture, Diversity, KPIs, Recognition, Change Management, and other People activities across served regions—elevating talent quality and diversity. **Your Impact** * Deliver consultative support across operational regions to Sales-area clients, cascading HR strategies and solutions, and leading HR agendas and priorities for the region. * Manage climate and culture, co-constructing leverage strategies in partnership with Sales team and support-area leaders operating within our Distribution Centers (CDVs). * Serve as OneHR, broadening perspective and collaboration with various HR functions (Sales, WHS, Field Control, Transportation, and Sass) to enhance employee experience. * Develop leadership capabilities for increasingly autonomous operation focused on people development. * Support implementation of transformational projects in the region, addressing People-related aspects—with special focus on communication and change management. * Governance: Lead HR KPI and budget strategies and action plans within assigned locations. * Organization: Support and propose organizational structure and change management strategies aligned with business objectives, enabling results delivery. * Culture and Diversity: Lead culture and diversity initiatives in your region—including climate surveys, engagement actions, recognition programs, and diversity strengthening efforts. * Talent: Lead the regional talent agenda, actively participating in and implementing talent acquisition/management strategies, succession mapping, development plans, and leadership and frontline capability-building initiatives. * Participate in cross-functional projects, serving as workstream lead or team member. Qualifications: **Who We Are Looking For?** * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Advanced Office suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Knowledge of HR subsystems. * Analytical and proactive problem-solving profile. * Proven prior HR experience in large enterprises and multi-task environments (e.g., specialist roles across diverse HR areas or HRBP/internal HR consulting experience—preferably with commercial functions). * Postgraduate degree/MBA/complementary courses desirable. * Intermediate English or Spanish (desirable). * Differentiators include: coaching certification; assessment and team-building methodology training; management methodology training (PDCA, Green Belt, etc.); Analytics, BI, or Agile methodology training.
