Software Tester (QA) at BairesDev We are looking for outstanding Software Testers (QA) to join BairesDev’s Research and Development (R\&D) team. Responsibilities: * Analyze end-user requirements to define and document test plans. * Execute test cases, debug, detect bugs and/or potential improvements, document them, and track their resolution. * Generate test result reports and reports on detected bugs. * Define priorities and plan system requirement testing. * Document system functionalities. * Represent the end user to developers to ensure requirements are met. * Detect and propose improvements to both the quality assurance process and the software development lifecycle. Desired Skills and Experience: * 4\+ years of experience testing web products. * Solid knowledge of testing tools. * Test plan development: creation of test cases and debugging. * Additional knowledge of web technologies. * Extensive experience with Unix and Linux environments. * Advanced English proficiency.
