Opportunity for debt negotiation and service reactivation. **Job Description** We are seeking an **FWA Operator** to collect geographic location information for installation and maintenance of services, retrieve equipment upon cancellation, and update customer registries with data provided by customers—such as phone numbers and new addresses. Additionally, the operator clarifies questions regarding outstanding balances and provides guidance for customer reactivation, ensuring effective service delivery and necessary support for continued FWA service.
