Act as a mediator among the company, clients, and employees ### **Job: Operational Facilities Supervisor** We are seeking an **Operational Facilities Supervisor** to oversee operational teams and ensure service excellence for clients. ### **Responsibilities:** * Supervise outsourced teams (custodial services, security, cleaning, maintenance, reception, etc.). * Conduct periodic site visits, inspections, and checklists. * Monitor operational routines and ensure compliance with quality standards. * Respond promptly to client requests and incidents. * Guide, train, and support employees in their duties. * Prepare reports, monitor working hours, organize shift schedules, and perform substitutions when necessary. * Act as a mediator among the company, clients, and employees. ### **Requirements:** * Prior experience as an Operational Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role. * **Valid driver's license categories A and B required** (travel between locations). * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership ability. * Knowledge of facilities routines and operational management. * Willingness to travel. ### **Salary:** **R$** **3\.150,00** ### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: **R$ 27.60 per day** * Food basket: **R$ 106.00** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * University tuition partnership * SESC membership Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) Driver's License: A, B
