Monitor guest service and buffet replenishment Bourbon Gastronomia is looking for a **Maitre** to join the team at the **Bourbon Fortaleza Hotel**. Join a team dedicated to excellence in guest service, offering menus featuring world-renowned cuisines. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, organize, and supervise activities carried out in restaurants and bars; * Monitor the setup and organization of areas under your responsibility to ensure they remain in perfect condition for guests; * Request materials for events from suppliers and maintain contact with them; * Monitor guest service and buffet replenishment to prevent operational failures; * Inform your supervisor of potential absences or daily situations that may hinder smooth departmental operations, enabling timely reorganization of related tasks; * Familiarize yourself with menu composition; * Manage table reservations across restaurant service stations; * Greet guests at the entrance and verify room numbers; * Escort guests courteously to their tables, adhering to company-defined service standards. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical education or equivalent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience in hospitality is considered an advantage. SCHEDULE: * Flexible availability.
