Job Summary: Professional required to perform construction, maintenance, and repairs of masonry structures; installation of flooring and cladding; demolition and restoration of structures in industrial and administrative environments. Focus on safety standards and best practices in civil construction * Construct and maintain masonry structures and perform repairs, including walls, fences, access boxes, roofs, scratch coats, plastering, and other related tasks; * Install ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, and other types of materials; lay bricks, blocks, ceramic claddings, and tiles in **industrial and administrative areas;** * Handle unloading and transportation of materials; prepare mortar; pour concrete; apply finishes; perform repairs, restoration, and renovations; * Conduct demolition of structures and walls, as well as excavation of trenches and foundations according to project specifications; * Restore sidewalks, reconstruct curb stones, and install doors and windows; * Assist in promoting best practices and aligning the team with the company's strategic objectives; * Strictly comply with safety regulations and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required; **SPECIFICATIONS** Completed elementary education; secondary education completion is desirable; complementary courses in civil construction or building maintenance are advantageous. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 1 year of experience in this role; industrial experience—such as in metallurgy and related fields—is desirable.
