Active and responsive customer service via phone and WhatsApp **Job Responsibilities** * Monitoring and filling out spreadsheets * Contacting security agencies and/or rapid response teams in case of incidents * Monitoring vehicle events and providing active and responsive customer service (via phone and WhatsApp) **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Availability to work night shifts on a 12x36 schedule\. * Experience in vehicle monitoring systems (preferred) * Knowledge of incident reporting protocols * Familiarity with freight carrier operations, fleet logistics, or asset security * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Compensation: R$1\.927,83 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
